Hokuto Okudera entered the Japanese "Sogo Shosha, (large general trading firms) after graduation from the Hosei University, Faculty of Economics and learned financial affairs. He was in charge of the export trade of the latex such as tire, belt conveyor, the Marine hose afterwards for Middle East (Iran) area of Asia (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia). He becomes independent afterwards, he opened a clothing shop in a department store of Chinese Sichuan Chongqing City in 1995. Then he sold it by mergers and acquisitions afterwards. He started a food supermarket in Tokyo in 1997 and developed it in 11 stores, from 1 store. (Yearly turnover $100million dollars, number of employees 520). He sold them afterwards. He established SME M&A Support Co., Ltd. while running the food supermarket in 1999. He has the results of the mergers and acquisitions consulting of these several hundred companies.
