Ender Oztas is a Turkish national with experience in private equity, hedge funds, investment management, business development and technology areas. He has mathematics and engineering background from Istanbul Technical University. Between 1997 and 2008 he has worked for GEM Global Equities Management S.A., a multinational emerging markets investment management firm active in private equity and hedge funds investments in emeging markets. Ender was the managing director of Turkey office, where all the research and investment management activities took place. He built a wide range of experience in investment management during this term including company analysis, mergers&acquisitions, private equity&venture capital, deal sourcing, investment management, business plan development and team building. He also hold board member positions at the portfolio companies. In the last couple of years Ender was a partner at a software development startup, gaining some exposure in tech sector and entrepreneurial environment in Turkey. I also had a chase to build some knowhow on big data management, dat amining and data center operations.

Ender has strong managerial and entrepreneurial background and he is self-motivated with strong interpersonal, administrative and technical skills targeting positive outcomes through strategic information gathering, comprehensive scrutiny and analytical thinking.
